What you will learn

Knowledge Development

You will learn the basics of scuba diving theory, including dive equipment, dive planning, and underwater communication. You will also learn about diving safety and how to prevent common diving accidents.

Confined Open Water Dives

Confined water dives are training dives in shallow water. Here in Malta this will be done in the shallow part of the open sea. During these sessions, you will learn basic scuba skills such as how to use your equipment, how to clear your mask, and how to control your buoyancy. Your instructor will guide you through these skills until you feel comfortable and confident in the water.

You will complete four open water dives, during which you will explore the underwater environment, practice your skills, and build confidence as a scuba diver.
