Prerequisites
Minimum age 10 years and swimming skills
Duration
The whole session including theory and diving will take about 3-4 hours
What to bring
Bring your swimwear and a towel. Everything else is provided by us
Cost
Standard – 90 € per person and includes all diving equipment
VIP (max. 2 persons) – 120 € per person and includes all diving equipment – private instructor for guaranteed group size not more than two people
What the Discover Scuba Diving day consists of
Theory
Your instructor will show you the PADI Discover Scuba Diving video, which explains the basic theory and skills necessary to take your first steps in the water. After that, your instructor will show you how to properly use your equipment and answer any questions you might have.
Confined Open Water Skills
Confined water dives are training dives in shallow water. Here in Malta this will be done in the shallow part of the open sea. During your confined session, you will learn basic scuba skills such as how to clear and recover your regulator and how to clear your mask. Your instructor will guide you through these skills until you feel comfortable in the water.
Open Water Dive
After the confined skills, your instructor will take you on a guided dive to a maximum depth of 12 m.
