Scotscraig
A small river ferry with a length of 25 metres. It was used to transport 6 cars and many passengers on the river Thames. It arrived to Malta to appear in the film Popeye. Also the concrete bridge in the Anchor Bay was built with its help. In 1981, it was sunk in Ic-Cuumnija – about 500 metres to the north of the Anchor Bay. It stands on the sand at a depth of 21 metres. After the end of the shooting for the film, it became an underwater object for photographing and filming. It is a haven for many species of fish such as conger, groupers, rays, and octopi.
