Cirkewwa wreck Tug Boat Rozi

The wreck of the tug named Rozi is a British boat originally called Rossmore, built in 1958 in Bristol. Forty-meters Rozi was sold to a Maltese company in 1972. It was sunk specifically for diving tourism, a very photogenic wreck. It stands on the keel, any elements that may pose a threat to divers were removed from it. The wreck is perfectly prepared to penetrate. It is also a habitat for whole stocks of various fish. There, we can find tuna, barracuda, octopi, moray eels, parrotfish, groupers, nudibranchs, scorpion fish, cardinals, and many others. An unforgettable additional attraction is a large anchor sunk on the way to the wreck – a favorite meeting place for underwater photographers.
